Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Only Rumiverse ships exclusively within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Karachi — Same Day Delivery Orders placed before 11:00 AM (PKT) are eligible for same-day delivery within Karachi. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered the following business day.

All Other Cities — 2 to 3 Working Days Orders shipped to cities outside Karachi are typically delivered within 2–3 working days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Order Processing All orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
